We are proud to have collaborated with celebrated artist Kehinde Wiley on some epic leather basketballs featuring Kehinde Wiley's 2017 painting, Death of St. Joseph.
Adapted specifically for this limited-edition basketball, Wiley’s painting derives its ideation from 18th Century classical biblical portraiture and the enigmatic art history of St. Joseph, boldly reimagined to engage with a contemporary audience. The design emphasis is on the model’s open hand, inviting multi-cultural conversation and connection between time and place.
